商品の引渡時期
通常、契約成立後ご注文完了後、1～3日以内に出荷致します。
お客様の指定で配送会社に置き配を依頼した場合、紛失や盗難による返金はお受けできません。
返品・交換・キャンセルについて
(1) お客様のお申込の撤回、返品、交換については一切できません。但し、本商品に初期不良（仕様上明らかな不具合がある場合及び売買契約の対象となっている商品と異なる商品が届いた場合のことを指します。）があった場合で、本商品到着後7日以内にカスタマーサポートにご連絡を戴いた限りにおいて返品若しくは交換を承ります。なお、既に使用済みの場合、タグや付属品等がない場合その他当社が返品若しくは交換が不相当と判断した場合には返品及び交換には応じることができません。利用規約第16条をご確認ください。
(2) 本サイトでご購入いただいた商品の返品にかかる送料は、お客様負担となります。ただし、当該返品が当社の責めに帰すべき理由による場合、当社が当該送料を返還いたします。

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
(1) We do not accept order cancellations, returns, or exchanges for customer convenience. However, if a product has an initial defect (i.e., a clear defect due to manufacturing or if the product received is different from what was ordered), we will accept a return or exchange only if you contact customer support within 7 days of receiving the product. Items that have been used, are missing tags or accessories, or are otherwise deemed ineligible by our company may not be returned or exchanged. Please refer to Article 16 of our Terms of Service.
(2) Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, if the return is due to an error or defect on our part, we will cover the shipping cost.
